Manager, Marketing Automation
- Be the Architect: Design and implement sophisticated, automated omnichannel campaigns using CMI Media Group’s proprietary marketing orchestration platform.
- Lead the Way: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to develop and execute impactful campaigns that align with client goals and exceed expectations.
- Master the Data: Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and champion data-driven decision-making to continuously improve results.
- Empower Your Team: Mentor and guide a team of CXM Analysts, fostering their growth and development while cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- 5-7 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare marketing.
- Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency.
- Familiarity with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
